I am so excited about this new exhibit that the National Gallery of Art is putting on! It's called



It will be showcasing Afgan art from 2200 BC to AD 200 in wonderful airconditioned halls. Oh, i just can't wait!!
I'm going to see it this weekend and i am so excited. It's supposed to be really good! And it's amazing that they were able to put together this exhibition, what with all that's going on in that part of the world.
If you want to see it yourself, it's held there untill September 7th.

I was really moved by the motto "a nation stays alive as long as its culture stays alive" because that is so true and so inspirational.
